Sami Friedrich,
Founder and Managing Director

Sami Friedrich has guided Shaldor's development from its founding. With over 30 years of experience in strategic management consulting, Sami is a recognized expert in corporate and business strategy. He pioneered the concept of Operative StrategyTM and developed frameworks and tools for its application. Over the years, Sami has devoted a significant part of his time to public service, as a board member of major non-profit institutions and think-tanks, and through his leadership role in a number of national task forces. Sami holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Zvika Bendet,
Vice President

Since 1997 Zvika Bendet has led consulting projects focusing on business and corporate strategy for local and global companies in the consumer goods, financial services, textiles, healthcare, semiconductors, information technology and telecommunications sectors. He has broad experience in globalization strategy and in structuring complex organizational processes that best bridge between strategy and operational excellence. Zvika holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Anat Brodsky,
Vice President

Over the past 10 years, Anat Brodsky has conducted many projects for global companies, the public sector and non-profit organizations. She has broad experience in corporate strategy, global and regional business strategies, and the design of organizational structures and systems. Anat holds a B.A. in accounting, an L.L.B. in law, and an M.A. in history and philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Omer Teper,
Vice President

For over 10 years, Omer Teper has advised local and global semiconductor, telecommunication, defense, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods clients on business strategy and business development. He has extensive experience in designing work-processes and organizational structures that enable local and global companies to build new capabilities and business models. Omer holds a B.A. in economics, a B.Sc. in mathematics and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Ronen Viner,
Vice President

Ronen Viner has broad experience in business strategy for the private sector, as well as value creation strategy in the public and non-profit sectors. Over the past 10 years, he has led consulting projects for companies active in multiple geographies in the areas of consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunication, and defense, and for governmental agencies and philanthropic organizations. He holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management and an M.B.A. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Yakir Lazarov,
Vice President

Yakir Lazarov has advised clients in a range of industries, including software and IT, medical devices, medical services, and fast moving consumer goods. His areas of expertise include business strategies, business development, operational alignments in both local and global environments, and regional development strategies. Yakir holds a B.A. in business management and social science and an E.M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.
